Joyce has had a long and healthy relationship with advertising, pharma included. She is passionate about connecting to human insights and bringing them to life in a creative and memorable way. Her experience spans through brands in nearly all categories and demographics. She started her career working on Estée Lauder brands. Then moved from the beauty category to more mainstream clients as MasterCard, MetLife, and Chase, as well as household names such as Nabisco, TicTac, Skippy, Woolite, Pepperidge Farm, and Dannon, just to name a few. She has worked for advertising giants such as McCann Erickson, Y&R, and TBWA Chiat/Day, among others. Since joining BBDO on 2010, she quickly found her pitch voice, helping to land Guinness Black Lager, the launch of which was the most successful in Guinness history. Since then she instrumental in bringing in Tamiflu, Orencia, Novo Nordisk, Amgen and Entyvio, which recently won a 2017 Silver PM360 award. She most recently lead the creative that brought in Lay’s to BBDO, and is looking forward to launching a new product for a charitable organization that aspires to change the way people do good in the world. A timely and important project that is close to her heart.
Joyce has a BFA from St. John’s University.
Outside of the office, she volunteers in children’s hospitals, enjoys keeping up with the arts, and spending time with her rescue dog, Perla.
