About Bob Ehrlich

Bob EhrlichBob Ehrlich has over 20 years marketing experience in pharmaceutical and consumer products. Bob is the CEO of DTC Perspectives, Inc., a DTC services company founded in 2000. DTC Perspectives, Inc. developed the DTC National Conference, the largest DTC conference in the industry. DTC Perspectives, Inc. also publishes DTC Perspectives, a quarterly journal dedicated to DTC issues and practices. In addition DTC Perspectives, Inc. does DTC consulting for established and emerging companies, and provides DTC marketing plans for pharmaceutical companies.

Most recently, Bob was VP Consumer Marketing for Parke-Davis, responsible for the Lipitor consumer marketing campaigns during the successful launch. For that work Advertising Age named Bob one of the top 50 marketers in the United States. Today Lipitor is one of the leading pharmaceutical brands in the world with sales over $5 billion. Bob has been a frequent speaker at many DTC conferences and is on the faculty of the HMC Council lecture series.

Prior to working in the Parke-Davis group Bob had many marketing assignments in OTC health care brands in cough drops, antacids, and dietary supplements. Bob also spent three years 1993-1996 as head of sales and marketing for Warner-Lambert Japan based in Tokyo.

Bob has a BS and MBA from Cornell University. He lives in Delray Beach, Florida with his wife Debra.
