About Dave Nussbaum
Dave Nussbaum is Senior Vice President at Publicis Health Media. He has extensive background creating and implementing innovative business lines in the fields of healthcare, media, and CRM. At Symphony Health Solutions and SDI (now IMS), he created new company divisions developing novel patient data solutions that re-imagine audience quality, consumer and healthcare professional targeting and effectiveness reporting for the healthcare media marketplace. These include original methods and products to measure, optimize and target television, digital and print. Dave also served as a vice president and senior management team member at SDI (now IMS), where he also created and ran SDI Direct Access, a first-of-its-kind business that targeted specific patient types for a variety of HIPAA complaint personal interventions according to sponsor criteria. This business measurably improved patient outcomes and successfully recruited patients for clinical trials. When at Dendrite International (now IMS), he created the business model and patient data offerings, sourcing anonymous patient data and leading sales to deliver data driven insights for doctor and patient CRM and adherence solutions. At Cardinal Health, Dave was director of hospital GPO sales and was the founder of Cardinal's ScriptLine business, a real-time prescription editing and patient data informatics company (now part of RelayHealth). At ScriptLine, he created and developed information products to deliver some of the earliest patient longitudinal prescription metrics in the marketplace. His career also includes pharmaceutical and medical equipment sales experience with Abbott and J&J, along with various entrepreneurial endeavors in mobile health, addressable television, insurance, and co-pay card solutions.
