Tessa is the leader of ECG’s Women’s Health Services practice. She specializes in assisting hospitals, health systems, physician groups, and health plans with developing and optimizing their women’s health programs through strategic business planning, physician partnerships, clinical and program capabilities, and market awareness. Tessa is driven by a belief that women’s healthcare should be comprehensive, coordinated, and accessible, supporting women throughout their lives and across the spectrum of healthcare services.
Tessa focuses on helping executives rethink their women’s health strategies to keep up with market demands and trends. She has partnered with numerous women’s health organizations and independent physician groups to evaluate programs, design physician alignment arrangements, develop short- and long-term strategies, assess practice operations, and improve access in the community. Tessa approaches women’s health with a broad vision of comprehensive care that covers the spectrum of obstetric and gynecologic subspecialties and supportive programmatic offerings (e.g., cardiology, behavioral health, surgery) that can be coordinated to create a unique, consumer-friendly program for women and their families.
