Michelle began her career over fifteen years ago as a media buying coordinator at Compas. She transitioned to account management to focus on our clients’ needs and satisfaction. She currently oversees the Buying Services and Deliverables and Ad Operations teams. Michelle leads all areas of Compas’ strategic buying execution including contracting and digital ad tagging and verification. She leverages her vast experience with Compas and the pharma industry to apply best practices while also determining when to establish change to processes and procedures, all with the goals of delivering superior client service and maintaining a happy, functional account team. She enjoys the endless learning and ever-evolving environment.
