Shawn Booth is currently the Director, US Marketing for XELJANZ. As part of the XELJANZ team he focuses on consumer marketing strategies and tactical development. Prior to joining the XELJANZ team, he worked with the Hemophilia franchise and with ENBREL, where he was the Consumer Marketing team lead. He has 22 years of consumer marketing experience across many industries with some of the best known brands in the world; including non-pharma brands such as BMW, Disney and Marriott. He consistently takes a 360-degree approach to his programs – with the consumer at the center.
His broad experience allows him to provide innovative solutions to challenges. Understanding that consumer preferences are constantly evolving, the programs Shawn develops focus on
communicating with consumers on their terms – when and how they expect to be communicated with.
Shawn spends his free time coaching and helping his wife, Judy, shuttle their two boys back and forth from their numerous sports’ practices and events.
