Aylin Utke joined Lilly in 2014 as the DTC Director for the BI-Lilly Diabetes Alliance, overseeing the DTC strategy and promotion across the Tradjenta, Jardiance, and Glyxambi brands. In collaboration with excellent agency partners and a dedicated marketing team, the Alliance has created fully integrated campaigns that span TV, print, digital, and in-office tools that inform and engage patients managing Type 2 Diabetes.
Prior to Lilly, Aylin spent three years at Pfizer leading DTC efforts for both Spiriva and Celebrex. She played a key role in evolving the Spiriva Elephant campaign which was recognized with numerous industry awards.
Aylin’s passion for consumer marketing began in the consumer packaged goods industry when she joined Kraft Foods in 2003. During her seven year tenure, she managed iconic brands like Fruity Pebbles and Honey Bunches of Oats cereals.
Aylin holds a BA in International Relations from Scripps College and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. She lives in Connecticut with her husband, Scott, and their son, Mason.
