Bob leads the MD MatchUp team and is focused on helping healthcare networks acquire new consumers, retain current patients, grow service line volumes and drive downstream revenue through better patient-provider relationships. His previous experience includes working for marketing communications agencies in Kansas City, Cleveland and Omaha. Bob has built a wealth of experience driving strategy for consumer-focused campaigns with numerous for-profit and nonprofit health systems and community hospitals across the country. Previous conference speaking experience includes DTC Virtual Hospital Conference (2020), SHSMD, HIMSS, HITMC and others.
