About the Induction Process:
In order to ensure that this award is only bestowed on the most deserving, DTC Perspectives, Inc. created a two part induction process.  Part 1 allows for any industry individual to put forth a nomination for the person or persons of their choice.  Part 2 utilizes an elite and seasoned group of industry experts to serve on the judging council which reviewed the nominations and rationale and cast its vote for the new inductees.
