Executive Director, Consumer Marketing
Talea Khalil Launchbaugh is an Executive Director of Marketing at Allergan working in Neurosciences and Urology. In this role she is responsible for all BOTOX® therapeutic indications (Chronic Migraine, Overactive Bladder and Neuro Rehabilitation) as well as the preparation and launch of a novel medication for acute treatment of migraine. She leads both consumer marketing and physician training and education.
Since joining Allergan Talea has led the integrated launch of the award-winning disease education campaign “My Chronic Migraine”. In addition to the first branded BOTOX® for Chronic Migraine campaign including TV, Print, digital, social, CRM and point of care. Most recently she led the launch of the social media efforts for both the unbranded and branded campaigns.
She also leads the Physician Education and Training team for Neurosciences and Urology. In this role she leads strategic communications, speaker training and bureau management as well as medical conferences.
Prior to joining Allergan Talea worked at Amgen on Enbrel as well as the launch of Prolia. On Enbrel she supported many online and offline efforts including building out a robust conversion and adherence CRM program, in pharmacy programs and delivered an award winning disease education campaign. Additionally she worked on the launch of Prolia which included in-office, CRM, print and digital.
Before joining the bio-pharmaceutical industry Talea started her career in direct and interactive marketing on the agency side at TBWA/Chiat/Day working on Nissan and Infiniti.
