With more than 15 years of experience in market research and research-based consulting, Felisha Lewis leads Nielsen’s Healthcare custom research practice. She started her career with Yankelovich Partners, and continued there as the company was acquired by Harris Interactive and ultimately Nielsen. In that time, she broadened her experience to include brand development, customer experience, and market assessment while expanding her footprint into the broader healthcare industry. Her work has resulted in winning awards including vendor of the year for excellence in segmentation research.
