Rick Candelaria is a Senior Vice President at MetrixLab with nearly 20 years of marketing research experience. Rick joined MetrixLab in 2015, having been with Millward Brown for nearly 14 years prior. Rick’s responsibilities within MetrixLab include defining and developing solutions and innovations, creation of POVs and white papers, and public speaking engagements at conferences such as IIeX and MRMW. Over the course of his career, Rick has extensive experience in a variety of categories including automotive, packaged goods, durable goods, retail, telecommunications, technology, and television and entertainment. Rick has provided clients with research consultancy across a broad spectrum of methodologies and topics including brand equity research, advertising and brand health tracking, copy testing, social analytics, product use testing, concept testing, consumer segmentation and qualitative research.
Rick holds a Master of Science in advertising from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, and a Bachelor of Arts in communications from Concordia College, Moorhead, Minnesota.
