Carla has been at the forefront of leveraging new media and technology to reach young millennials using: social media platforms with two-way communication, beacon technology, SMS texting, and responsive website design (online doctor consultations, doctor finder, electronic benefit verification, and webchat). She also strategically develops campaigns that utilize traditional channels for targeting and engaging mass to niche audiences: TV, digital display and search, OOH, POS, gorilla marketing, and eCRM programs.
Carla has an MBA from Fordham Graduate School of Business and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Austin.
