Dana Gaumond is an Associate Director of Consumer Promotion, HCV, at Merck & Co., Inc. with more than 25 years of experience in sales and marketing roles. Throughout her career, Dana has taken on responsibilities and gained expertise in sales management, training, medical education, customer solutions, and marketing communications and promotional advertising.
Dana is currently responsible for leading the promotional consumer advertising campaign for ZEPATIER. In 2016, Dana launched a campaign that included branded and unbranded materials with a focus on health literacy carried throughout the campaign. Health literacy is an area Dana believes is important to bring forward to consumers to help find the information and care needed in what may be a complex health care journey.
Dana holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing from Gwynedd Mercy College and a Masters in Business Administration and Management from LaSalle University. She lives in Doylestown, PA, with her husband, Jim, and their two daughters, Isabella and Sophia. Dana enjoys outdoor activities, traveling, and cheering on her daughters at their basketball games.
